Future through AR Rights

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBR8c6qvHMc

Here is a speech by John C.Havens who is the founder of Transitional Media at the InsideAR 2011 Conference. An awesome speech about AR Rights. AR Rights refer to Virtual Advertisement Rights that will become a very important part of the world in the near future. You see a number of Augmented Reality stuffs around you nowdays. There needs to be some rules governing them. That's what Mr.Havens talks about. It's a wide open field and the future rules of augmented reality depend on it.

He also gives an insight of how we can combine augmented reality with other 'cool' technologies like NFC to make a real difference in the world. If you thought your private life is being invaded by Google and others, wait till what would happen when Augmented Reality peaks to its best. Ever movie that you see, everything that you do can be passed around as information to others in the surrounding. This is quite scary as it sounds. Hence there is a need to have some rules to govern the technology and make it useful to the society.

The future depends on Augmented Reality. Every field is being augmented. If you goto a McDonald's or a Wendy's and order a burger, what if all the nutritional information is being sent to you as well as your family and your doctor as well? If you are a Cholestrol patient, will it not give a chance for your doctor and family to warn you before you devour that stuff? But there is a need to monitor the usage of such technology and hence there is an need to lay some rules for it.
